Location: T15N-R8E-S31 (close to the Bain Cemetery) On May 15, 1960, a second attempt was made to locate this cemetery. It is on Mr. Early Standard's place, north of Kosciusko on Old Natchez Trace Road. Mr. Standard did not wish to take us there-said that there were a number of graves but no tombstones, only field stones without markings, that BAIN, BARTON, and others were buried there; that as long as Mr. Otis Bain lived he kept it cleared as his people were buried there, but that it was completely overgrown.
As noted above, this cemetery contains only field stones to mark the graves of the prople buried there. Reported to be Bain, Barton and others.
